BRIDGING Consulting Ltd hourly rate is very competitive taking into account the quality and experience of the personnel involved. The rates are always to be considered VAT-inclusive. The basic hourly rate is reported hereafter:

 

  • On-Line Hourly Rate: £100.00
  • In-Person Hourly Rate: £150.00 (office based or at the customer's site)
  • Per diem allowance starting from £200.00 depending on customer's location and up to £300.00 depending on the country and circumstances.
  • Travel costs: Economy fare for short haul travel, Business fare or equivalent for long haul travel.

Hourly rates are accounted on flat-rate base, however, if agreed number of hours is exceeded by 15 minutes an extra hour will be charged.


A booking fee is paid upfront. This ensures that you will receive the best possible service as all the necessary preparations will be organized beforehand such as confirmations, communications, and all the requirements that the services cover.  A personal Client folder will be retained and updated every time so as to ensure the possibility to provide you full accountability on all the details.


Please note that all purchase offers reported on this page refer to the initial consultation only and not to the full solution or implementation of a project or consultancy action of any nature. It has been chosen to allocate a 3 hours slot to allow the staff member the required time to actively listen to your needs and requests, help you identify the kind of pathway to undertake, gather the required data and, if agreed, kickstart the follow-up process (were this a contract or a referral or any other possible outcome of your satisfaction.


Additionally, please note that all our services are covered by a full "satisfied or reimbursed" warranty in line also with PayPal purchase policies.

We offer to analyze the problem, research possible solutions, prepare a portfolio of possible solutions (each characterized by implied costs, efforts, benefits, pros and cons). We support the customer in the process of assessment and evaluation of the solutions in the light of the customer's strategy and aims to then support the implementation of the selected solution.

We offer a range of services in respect of project / portfolio / programme management covering the entire cycle from conception to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, project management and closing. We also provide support for the planning and administration of the project contract, promotion of project aims, activities and results. As a special kind of project management services, we offer the possibility to take over the management-of as well as the rescuing-of a project / portfolio / programme at risk of failure.

We offer services related to both the preparation of ISO certifications as well as the ordinary quality assurance procedures (from process description to document template definition, document classification and archival, etc.). We offer the possibility to assess the present status of quality assurance procedures in place and suggest improvements and amendments as necessary in order to reach the desired level of quality (from ISO to CM or other reference frameworks).
